About the Board
The purpose of the Harris County Recreation Board is to provide assistance to the Board of Commissioners with the organization, implementation and review of a county-wide parks and recreation program.

*The Harris County Recreation Board meets the last Wednesday of the month (January – October) at 7:00p.m. at the Harris County Community Center. The Board does not meet in November or December.
