Lakeside Recreation in Harris County
The new 124-acre county park currently consists of walking trails around two lakes, playground, renovated lodge with an accessible restroom, a 20 x 40 lakeside pavilion, dock, public fishing (catch and release only for now), and ample gravel parking.
The lodge and pavilion can be rented for events through the Recreation Department by calling 706.488.0000 or going to the Calendar by clicking here.
Additional future amenities are planned such as playgrounds, walking trails, and other recreational features.
The park is opened daily from dawn to dusk. Lodge daily rental hours are 10:00am-8:00pm, Mon thru Sun.
