In 1989, the Mike Tracey family made a donation to the Harris County Cattlemen’s Association. This donation was instrumental in the formation of the Mike Tracey Arena and Harris County Agricultural Center. The donation laid the foundation and vision for the annual rodeo hosted by the Harris County Cattlemen’s Association
