The Harris County Board of Commissioners proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of the Harris County Youth Track and Field athletes at their meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. These talented young athletes placed in the State Top 8โand many even made the podiumโproving that hard work, determination, and community spirit make all the difference.
A special shoutout goes to Preston Sok, who not only took 1st Place in the 12U Boys Shot Put, but also set a new State Record with an incredible throw of 41.5 feet! What an amazing accomplishment!
